This seems unrealistic to me.
To terraform Venus, we should engineer a photosynthetic bacterium that can live in the upper atmosphere and consume CO2. Not sure that is possible.

The early Earth was hell with an atmosphere of 42% CO2 and enough pressure to crush a man flat. Photosynthetic bacteria changed the atmosphere.
